Dim Sum at around 1:30 pm sunday. Place was packed! Ladies slinging carts full of goodness! So many choices. They kept everything coming out of the kitchen fresh and warm like if there was a revolving door. The variety of food and not just Dim Sum, but awesome seafood along with many other outstanding dishes was incredible. You need to check out Hong Kong Pearl Seafood Restaurant

Tip: For late night goers, they are open till 2am in the morning.
